FOR SALE I have four wheel covers for a Windsor. There is no rust on the insides and the outsides are very good. One of two may be restorable to museum quality. One has a bit of curb rash, about 3 in. long by 1/4 in wide. The center bezel paint has faded. I can provide photos for each - front and back if you like. They are for sale.
