I authorize Cars On Line to publish, using the photograph's provided, and advertise my vehicle or personal property (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, campers, houses, buildings, and others.) I also release Cars On Line from all liability in the photography, production, and reproduction of any and all photographs taken of me and my property. I agree to protect and indemnify the publisher and all its
agents and employees against any and all liability, loss and/or
expenses arising from the publication of the advertiser's material
due to claims for alleged misrepresentation or misstatement;
alleged violation of any laws or statute, including libel and
invasion of privacy; and any other violation of any party's or
parties' rights or any government rules. The entire content of
my ad is the property of Cars On Line and Auto Buyer, Inc. The Cars On Line Run Till Sold Ad allows an advertiser, whether private individual or dealer, to run one vehicle for sale for as long as it takes to sell the car. Advertisers agree to notify Cars On Line immediately after the sale of the car so that the ad can be discontinued after the sale. Each Run Till Sold ad will consist of up to Four full color photos of the one car advertised. (Cars On Line does not allow more than one car to be advertised in a Run Till Sold ad.) The ad text can have up to 100 words. The cost of the ad is $45.00. There are no other charges or fees to run a Run Till Sold ad. However, adding photos or changing photos after the ad is submitted will incur an extra charge. This ad will run on the Cars On Line website and be accessible through the Cars On Line listings. Here is a link to the Run Till Sold Ad Submission Form. The advertiser agrees to allow Cars On Line to pull any ad which misrepresents the vehicle or property that is advertised. The advertiser also agrees that Cars On Line will pull any ad after the vehicle has been sold. The |
advertiser agrees that Cars On Line will pull any ad where the contact information is not current, including phone numbers and email addresses. Furthermore, the advertiser agrees that Cars On Line will
pull any ad that runs for more than 12 months. The ad will be
pulled on its one-year anniversary. Cars On Line will allow each
advertiser to renew their ad at no charge if it is not sold at
that time. The Cars On Line Slide Show Ad allows an advertiser to run up to 26 photos in a automated slide show presentation inline in their ad layout. This ad will run on the Cars On Line website and be accessible through the Cars On Line listings. Here is a link to the Slide Show Ad Submission Form. If the advertiser checks this option, the advertiser will be charged $65.00 which is the fee for running the Slide Show Ad. The advertiser may then attach digital photos to the message system provided on the form to submit up to 26 digital photos to run in the Slide Show Ad. Each Slide Show Ad will run for up to 90 days or until the car is sold whichever comes first. The Slide Show Ad is not a Run Till Sold ad. Advertisers agree to notify Cars On Line as soon as the vehicle advertised is sold so that the ad may be taken off the Internet. A Slide Show Ad may be renewed if the car is not sold after the 90 day period for only $25 provided that the photos do not need to be modified. Use our standard Slide Show Renewal form if you do not wish to change the photos. To renew the Slide Show and run different photos the charge is $35. Use Slide Show Renewal form to renew Slide Show. An advertiser who is running a Run Till Sold ad is allowed to convert that ad to a Slide Show Ad for the fee of only $35.00. However, the converted Slide Show Ad will run on the Cars On Line website for the 90-day period only. At the end of the 90-day period if the car is still not sold, the ad will be terminated. The Run Till Sold status of any ad does not survive the conversion to a Slide Show Ad. Use the Slide Show Conversion Form to convert your $45 ad to a Slide Show. |
