Pontiac GTO . Lemans 428 4-SPEED.
I have owned / garaged this car for over 10 years. The data plate shows the car to be a lemans. I have never ordered the PHS on the vehicle. The best part about the car is the custom 428 engine. The engine was featured in High Performance Pontiac magazine. I purchased the engine & put it in the car about 5 years ago. The block is a 1969 428 YH code (F099) date code. It has the Edelbrock aluminum heads & Intake manifold. TRW forged pistons, 4 bolt mains & a steel crank, Ultradyne cam, Flowmaster mufflers, Hooker headers, A 850 CFM Speed Demon Carburetor & A Mallory Ignition. The block is bored .30 over. It has a 4-speed transmission with an 11" clutch. The rear end is a 336 Posi unit with street slicks.
I have spent a lot of time & money making this vehicle what it is today. The car has been driven to a few car shows & I have received some very nice trophies. This is one of those cars that pictures just can't do it any justice. Therefore, I suggest coming to look at the vehicle.
