Chevy Nova SS.
This is an original low mileage SS396/375hp Nova that is in almost perfect condition with one of the best restorations done to it that I have seen using many of it's original parts. I drive the car to local car shows every once in a while but I really do not drive the car much so it shows only about 20,300 miles on the odometer. It really is too nice to drive so it sits under a car cover in my garage most of the time. This car was ordered with the SS package and the highest horsepower motor available from the factory the L/78 396/375HP that came with all the best parts available from Chevrolet at the time including a solid lifter cam, rectangular port heads, 4-bolt main block, steel crankshaft, forged pistons, aluminum intake manifold, Holley carb and deep groove pulleys. This Nova is also equipped with a Muncie 4-speed transmission, power front disc brakes, 3:55 CBT code 12-bolt posi, multi leaf springs, 14"x7" 5-spoke wheels, original style white letter bias ply tires, special hood and SS badges. The car was repainted it's original color fathom blue and has black interior. It was restored with a correct date-coded CKO code L-78 396/375hp motor and 661 case Muncie 4-speed transmission. This car is rust free and does not appear to have any repair work done to it. Like any car this age it is not 100% perfect and I am sure somebody knows more about these cars than anybody else and given enough time they could find something wrong with it.
