Ford Torino Cobra 429SCJ. very rare This 35,000 mile car just received a thorough cosmetic and mechanical restoration. Everything is new! One repaint over factory original just done in the original Calypso Coral color. Interior is original with the exception of the carpet and headliner. The motor is freshly rebuilt and balanced, new suspension, brakes, BFGs, 15 x 7 Magnums, new 2 � inch exhaust etc. New clutch, flywheel, ujoints. Original bumpers were re-chromed along with other trim.
This is the ultra rare J code Super Cobra Jet which was available only with the Drag Pack option which is documented by the Marti Report.I found three build sheets under the carpet, two were salvageable. It is a 3:91 gear, factory Tach, 4 speed Ram Air car with factory louvers. The car has a freshly rebuilt and proper 4 bolt main SCJ engine with less than 100 miles on it. It has totally been gone through mechanically and runs and drives like new. Price is $38000 which is way under book value.
