Teardrop Replica Camper. This brand new Teardrop was completed Sept. of 2008 by an experienced woodcrafter. It is a replica of the famous Teardrops and was built close to the plans in the 1946 Popular Mechanics Magazine. Frame is 2" welded steel.
Interior is finished in Maple and the sleeping cabin is fully lighted and insulated. Many upgrades not available in 1946 were incorporated into this special camper. Full extension slide out in the cooking galley contains a 3 burner propane stove, sink with hand-pump and counter area with 110 volt electrical power. Great hit at car shows!
