1965 Corvette Roadster |
Corvette Roadster . This numbers matching vehicle was purchased by the previous owner from Pro One Corvettes in the early 90's. It then received a paint job, engine rebuild, stainless exhaust, brake and fuel lines, seat covers and rug.
Car has remained mostly original since. A few chips and touch ups to the paint. Engine is a 327ci with 350 hp numbers matching to the car, heads, carb, intake, alt, etc. are correct numbered and date coded. Transmission is original Muncie 4 speed with a 336 posi. It is an original Nassau Blue Car with Bright Blue Vinyl Interior and White Convertible Top only. Factory shifter was replaced with a Hurst shifter. Lights, horn, directionals, wipers and heater work. All gauges work except for odometer and amp gauge, fuel gauge is finicky. Since owning the car I have replaced KYB shocks, Seat belts, all hoses and clamps (since pictures were taken), speedo and tach cable, and complete tune up. A 200 watt stereo with front input from Ken Harrison, kick panel speakers and rear speaker set replace the original radio, which comes with the car. Car runs well and is a pleasure to drive.
