Olds Cutlass Supreme Convertible. '67 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Documented 2005 rotisserie restoration with every nut and bolt turned on what was believed to be a 34K mile car (now shows 36K) due to 25 years in dry Colorado storage. An interesting story about this California built car as well. Original factory buildsheet, owners manual and warranty booklet. Perfect original interior (newer carpet). Excellent original glass (newer windshield). Excellent original body trim and brightwork. Show quality replated bumpers. Completely original engine and drivetrain disassembled at the time of restoration to find perfect heads/intake and original factory cross-hatch machining on cylinder walls. Transmission/differential internal parts also showed no signs of wear and perfectly clean. 330 c.i./4-barrel high compression "Rocket" V8 with factory 320 h.p. rating. 2-speed "Jet-a-way" ST300 transmission. 12 bolt/3.08 O-type differential. Power steering, power top, factory deluxe AM radio, manual 4-wheel drum brakes. No a/c. Never rusted original western body blasted/stripped and refinished in correct code-Y2 "Saffron" base/clear. This is a pale yellow color that is similar to Chevy's "butternut yellow" back in the day. Black color interior. Black convertible top and top boot. Only non-factory items added were aluminized dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, chrome factory style valve covers (have originals), small billet coolant catch can and Olds super stock I wheels with BFG's. Restored 3 years ago with 1,500 miles since and still looks very fresh. This superb Cutlass has been accused of being a "trailer queen" because you can eat off of the bottom of it, but I don't own a trailer. It gets driven to all shows and back home afterwards. These cars were made to be driven and this one drives beautifully. A high #2 condition, no nonsense, award winning convertible with over 40K invested.
