Corvette Convertible . Just in from California is a very desireable and very hard to find 1970 Corvette Convertible. 350/300 hp, 4-spd & PS. This Corvette had a body on restoration back in 2000 and still looks very nice.The engine bay, interior and under carriage are nicly detailed and show well. This Corvette was registered and owned by a former West Coast NCRS President. I have photos of the corvette before and during the restoration, a list of all of the matching numbers, owner history back to 1971 and the original tank sheet. This is a Very complete and original 1970. The 1970 Corvette Convertibles appreciate the most and are the most difficult to find because of the 1/2 of a year production. Only 6,600 were produced!
Exterior- The paint is very nice and shinny with just 2 small marks in the clear. This is the Original color Mulsanne Blue.I would give the paint an 8.5 and I'm picky. The chrome and bright work look perfect and show well. No pits or rusting.
Interior - The interior is in perfect shape with no rip,tears or fading. Gauges, Speedo, Tach and Fiber optics work as they should. Carpets, dash and door panels look perfect.
Under carriage - Is still nicly detailed and has a perfect West Coast frame.
Please call for more details. This Corvette is very dependable and you could drive it anywhere.Overall I would give the car an 8-9 out of 10. I would not hesitat to fly in and drive it home. Take a look around and see how many 1970's Convertibles are for sale. The collectors are hanging on to them and there are very little available. The price is negotiable!
