Ford Coupe Custom . Lead Sled. Here's a list of what's been done to 'er: it was dropped, the top was completely removed and replaced with the roof off a 58' Chevy Impala, it was Chopped 7-Inches in the Front and 5-Inches in the Back. Channeled 3-Inches and Sectioned 3-Inches, the (1955) Cadillac Bumper was frenched into the front, Chrysler Headlamps were also Vertically Laid into the Front, Packard Taillamps were added to the Rear, the power antennae was frenched in The car got a new satin black paint job in late 2008. To add a little more attention at night, red neon lights have been added underneath the body along with behind the front grille. The interior has been completely redone in a very high quality manner. Custom leather seating surfaces, door & kick panels, headliner, and rear bench coverings. New black carpet. The car has had a rear-seat-delete, as there's no headroom back there to for a person to sit. Instead it's been boxed in, and speakers have been added. The dash is out of a 1949 Merc and has been upgraded with VDO "White-Face" gold wrapped gauges. The steering wheel tilts, and it has an Alpine CD player. The car has electronic key FOB door/trunk openner. As far as what's running in it goes: it's a stroked 350 Chevy crate motor, 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission, Ford 9-Inch rearend, Chassis-Engineering rear suspension, and a Heidts Superide Mustang-II front end. The drivetrain is custom for the car. Check out the pics. This car looks very tight. Everywhere I go in it, heads turn. It runs great, both around town and on the highway. I've driven it back and forth to both Dubuque, Iowa, and Indianapolis, IN (9.5 hours!), and it did great on both trips. I have almost 40K in it, and I'm pricing it well under that. Please contact me with any questions you may have. NO SOLICITORS PLEASE! Thanks for looking! For more pics (many before the new paint, sorry) see:
