Shelby GT Convertible Clone. Excellent 5-year restoration to better than new condition. Hard to find mustang convertible upgraded with gt-350 accents. Rebuilt 289 hi-performance v-8, with automatic transmission. Car was completely disassembled to media blast, with components repaired or replaced with nos ford parts. Custom paint with epoxy primer and finished with glasurit base/clear coat ford candyapple red paint code "t" and white top with stripes. Carburetor is edlebrock 1406, headers are jet coated hookers, exhaust is new aluminized and the c4 transmission is rebuilt including the torque converter. Has custom hood with air scoop, shelby wood steering wheel, shelby tach, custom grille, american racing mag wheels and shelby racing type seat belts, , gt 350 floor mats, factory radio. This original candy apple red factory convertible has been cloned into one of the 6 shelby convertibles built near the end of 1966. It is stunning to loke at and runs like new. This car is gorgeous and looks like the real thing.
