GMC Safari Van . (67808 miles) turned into Scooby Doo Mystery Machine. Plush outdoor carpet from top to bottom in back of van; custom chrome wheels, new tires, new stereo system, new air conditioner, new battery. Motor clean as a whistle. Paint job metallic turquoise and lime green with pin striping between colors. Graphics are vinyl decals custom made and applied by a car customizing shop. Exhaust system has a turbo muffler for a low rumble sound. Everything pictured is included with the van.
Van featured in several St. Judes’ fund- raisers with Mr. Scott Innes (voice of Scooby and Shaggy).
Van driven many times in local parades – always a hit! Our Scooby collection is featured on a Warner Bros. DVD extra on 4 DVD set of all original Scooby cartoons from first two seasons. We picked the film crew from Warner Bros. up from airport to record our collection. They loved our van, but were advised by their lawyers that it was not a licensed item and could not be shown as part of the collection. True “Mystery Machine” heart/soul! Designed, built and owned by one of top 3 Scooby collectors in the world (as named by Warner Bros.)
