Pontiac GTO Convertible. Here's an extremely rare, PHS documented 1968 GTO numbers matching 400 HO (360HP) 4 speed convertible. Other than an old gray repaint (originally Flambeau Burgundy) this car is very true to the PHS documentation, with the rare and desirable numbers matching WS code 400 HO 360HP V8 engine (1 of 766), FT code close ratio 4 speed transmission and special ordered ZK code 3:90 Safe-T-Track posi rear. Other documented options include: front disk brakes, rally gauges and tachometer, console, buckets with headrests, hideaway headlights and more.
This is a running, driving car with recent exhausts, radiator, battery and rear end rebuild. The body is straight and solid, without serious rust issues except the trunk floor pan has some rust through. Easy restoration for show, or could be an excellent driver with some TLC, runs strong, drives well. Clean California title. Will ship anywhere, for cost, at buyer's expense.
